4. Vegan pasta bakes
If this vegan mac ‘n’ cheese doesn’t whet your appetite, nothing will. Nutritional yeast gives this dish that special cheesy flavour, while a mustardy cashew nut base mix gives it that classic creamy texture we all know and love.
